Our upstream provider for text messaging services has posted a new maintenance schedule. From our provider:

Maintenance & Platform Stability Improvements

We are doing a maintenance on the database that hosts our Call and SMS history and application data. This maintenance is required to improve performance and availability of the data. This maintenance does not require any action from you.

Maintenance Window

We have determined from past data and trends that the following time selected for maintenance will be the least disruptive off-peak hours for our Voice and SMS customers. This maintenance will occur on April 22, 2018 starting at 05:30:00 UTC for 2 hours until April 22, 2018 at 07:30:00 UTC.


Although we have made our best effort to ensure that you have no downtime or service disruption during this maintenance, you may still experience : Intermittent Inbound and Outbound Call errors and timeouts Intermittent Inbound and Outbound SMS errors and timeouts Intermittent API errors
