At 5:14:10pm CST, our monitoring system alerted us to an outage of a primary message queue used as part of the data synchronization process. Our team is currently working to correct the issue.
As a result, updates to tickets, contracts, and other entities are currently failing. Additionally, some users may have issues logging in.
Data already synced and processed will continue to be available in the Bushel-powered Apps, but will not be updated until a fix is in place.
We will continue to provide updates as we work to mitigate this issue.
