We are aware of intermittent text message issues where scheduled cash bid texts and occasionally a verification code text are not being received by the growers. We are reviewing this as our highest priority and will provide updates until a resolution is in place.
Update 2:15pm:
We believe we have identified the root cause of the text messaging issue and are currently working on a resolution.
Final update: There were a few different issues that caused this outage. The first issue was related to text message length being over the supported character allotment, this has been remedied. Due to some changes with registering our numbers with our third party vendor there was a cap on the number of text messages that could be sent in a day. We are continuing to work with our vendor to have all numbers registered, but they are in a status now that will allow our texts to be sent.
