Sync Services Data Ingestion Issue

We are continuing to experience intermittent issues while saving information to our database. There is a possibility you will see short delays in information being updated in our system. We have identified the issue triggering the intermittent outage and are working to address it.

In addition to delayed data, you may also see a delay in push notifications being received.

    eSign Vendor Maintenance

    Our vendor for eSign is performing scheduled maintenance today starting at 1pm Central. They anticipate the maintenance to last for 3 hours. During the maintenance window, the performance and usability of eSign may be impacted in whole or in part. We apologize for any inconvenience. We will update once the vendor maintenance is completed.
